There are Pilates classes at the Church Centre on Tuesday mornings, 9.30am - 10.30am and Tuesday evenings, 7pm - 8pm term times only. The classes are open to all levels of mobility and fitness, and aim to enhance endurance, improve balance, posture and flexibility. They are run each week by Lois who is a qualified physiotherapist. We have a creative craft group called 'Make it Monday' which meets each Monday morning, 10am - 11.30am during term times only at the Church Centre. The group is a new adventure for us, as a place to bring your craft projects and to enjoy connecting with others as you make, knit, sew, crochet, weave etc over a cup of coffee.
