Parking Update, Update!
Updated: Sep 22
Update on the Update:
21 September: We are putting together a response to the parking operator together with our friends at the Catholic Church to explain the problem and propose an alternative. In the meantime, the advice below stands. Please also join us to pray for a workable solution to this problem to be found.
Parking Update:
Aldermoor Surgery has contacted us to let us know that their car park management has been taken over by a new service. Sadly this means that we can no longer park in the doctors surgery car park on Sundays. If you use the car park, you will be issued with a fine.
We can still park subject to parking restrictions on Dunkirk Road, Coxford Road, and Aldermoor Close, however on Sundays when the Catholic Church also meets, it might become harder to find parking. Further parking is available further down Dunkirk Road, and the sports centre car park is also due to open soon.
We are hoping to discuss the situation with the management company, but until further news, please do not park in the surgery car park.
Please also be aware that our own small carpark outside the church centre is restricted on Sunday mornings for disabled parking.
